ProductionVIEW DV Capture is a self-contained, 1-RU analog to digital AV converter. For inputs, choose from component, composite or S-video standard definition video, and either line-level, unbalanced or balanced audio. Audio and video being converted through DV Capture can be monitored through a set of audio and video outputs. A set of DIP switches on the back of the unit allow users to set parameters for a variety of computers and operating systems.

"DV Capture now allows customers to output their video content directly into a computer for digital capture, or streaming content to the Internet," states Rob Sheeley, president of Vaddio. "The fact that DV Capture has only a power light on the front, tells you how easy the system is to set up and use."

DV Capture is a low-cost, broadcast-quality analog to digital AV converter that will allow end-users an easy way of distributing their analog content to encode for non-linear editing systems, as well as streaming over the Internet.
